i travelled to Vietnam for my early birthday & i loved Saigon.. i got addicted to their iced coffee and Pho Noodles.. there's a restaurant 2 blocks away from my Hotel & every single day, i go there to have midnight snack.. their fried rice is awesome too.. i like their sticky rice.. it tastes like carioca.. and their crepe is like a pancake without fruit.. tastes good too
my favorite would be the Dinner Cruise around Saigon River.. where they play Vietnam music.. afterwards, we rode a Cyclo and went a tour around the City.. its a bicycle where the passenger sits in front & the driver pedals at the back.. i fell in love with the Water Puppet Show as well.. the Vietnam Music.. the puppets in the murky water.. its juz Amazing Talent that deserves a standing ovation..
